Inflation (CPI) in Turkey rose by 83.45% in September 2022. Food and beverage costs in hotels increased by 106% this month. According to the estimation of Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, based on the data of TUIK, in September, F&B and Energy costs increased by an average of 125.8%, while costs including personnel increased by 97%.
