Tourism Databank is a data repository in which data compiled from the fields of tourism sector are presented in detail. Its aim is to assist the tourism industry and companies doing business with it in their decision-making processes by presenting data.

Who is Erol KARABULUT?
Erol Karabulut was born in 1971 in Denizli. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics (English). He worked as a reporter and researcher in İKTİSAT and DÜNYA Newspaper. He worked at the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) Research and Development, Ekin Group Research Unit, Tourism Newspaper and Resort Magazine. Karabulut, who has recently been the director of the Mediterranean Touristic Hoteliers and Operators Association (AKTOB) Research Unit, launched Turizmdatabank in 2015. Karabulut also; He provided publications and research services to industry structures such as the Turkish Hoteliers Federation (TÜROFED), Aegean Touristic Enterprises and Accommodation Association (ETIK) and Alanya Touristic Operators Association (ALTID). Karabulut, who has published many researches, books and reviews in the fields of economy and tourism; Antalya Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (ANSIAD) 2011 Research and Analysis Competition Tourism Branch and Mehmet Kemal Dedeman 2012 Research and Development Awards received. Erol Karabulut, who is married to Ayten Karabulut, has a child named Gonca.
