Zorlugmbh Turizm Yatırım ve İşletmeleri Anonim Şirketi will build a Thermal Hotel with a capacity of 151 rooms in Balıkesir Province, Altıneylül District. Within the scope of the project, the existing hotel building will be demolished and a new one will be built. 15 personnel will be employed during the land preparation, construction, machinery and assembly phases of the project, and 20 personnel will be employed during the operation phase. The budget of the project was determined as 75,000,000 TL.
