Investment incentives (January 2023) were announced. According to the Ministry of Industry and Technology, 922 new hotel beds will be built in Istanbul. While 6 hotel projects in Istanbul receive incentives, 922 new hotel beds will be built with 4 of them. There are renovation works in 2 hotels with 290 beds.

Investment places of hotels

New hotels to be built in Beyoğlu (2) Üsküdar and Fatih districts, the renovations are in Fatih and Şişli. The companies that will make the investment are as follows: BC Özel Eğitim, Vero Tur. Investment, Bereketzade Investment, Karşıyaka İnş.Turizm, YKS Otelcilik and Jubiter Telekom Tur.

2023 yılı ocak ayı yatırım teşvikleri açıklandı. Turizm Databank’ın T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’ndan yaptığı derlemeye göre,  Türkiye’nin turistik destinasyonu olan İstanbul’a 922 adet yeni otel yatağı yapılacak.İstanbul’da 6 adet otel projesi teşvik alırken, 4 tanesi ile 922 yatak yapılacak. 290 ytaklık 2 otelde de yenileme çalışmaları var. Yeeni yapılacak oteller; Beyoğlu (2), Üsküdar ve Fatih ilçelerinde yer alırken, yenilemer de Fatih ve Şişli’de.
