FTI Group, which has 62 hotels and 14,000 rooms in Croatia, Spain, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Malta, Morocco and Turkey, has plans to double the number of hotels it owns by 2026.

How will it grow?

FTI, which will focus on long-term management and franchise agreements, aims to reach 120 facilities by 2026. The group also wants to reposition their facilities. It currently operates under six different companies: MP Hotels, Labranda Hotels & Resorts, Design Plus Hotels, Kairaba Hotels & Resorts, Club Sei and Lemon & Soul.
