The Spanish package tour market grew by 286% in the nine months of 2022. While the number of tourists coming to the country with packages was 13.6 million, it was far behind in 2019.

Spain passed 13 million in Package Tour

According to the data compiled by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, from the Spanish National Institute of Statistics (INE), the Spanish package tour market grew by 286% in the nine months of 2022. While the number of tourists coming to the country with packages was 13.6 million, it was far behind in 2019.

On the other hand, the country’s package tour revenue increased from 3.0 billion Euros to 11.6 billion Euros. However, it remained behind 21.3 billion Euros of 2019.
