According to the information obtained by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, from the National Red Meat Council UKON data, the prices of Veal, which is one of the important expense items of hotels and restaurants, increased by 4,4% monthly in the slaughterhouses in the second week of September, and increased by 112% annually. Weekly Lean Veal prices in combines and slaughterhouses became 97.81 TL. Prices were around 44 TL on average in the same period of 2021. On the other hand, Lean Lamb carcass prices increased from 52.3 TL to 90.3 TL.
