All Inclusive system in Greece.

According to the study carried out by the Greek Tourism Research and Forecasting Institute (ITEP) in 2022; Only 6% of the hotels in Greece use the All Inclusive system. The most common system in hotels is bed and breakfast with 64%.

Food service types

Half Board and Full Board share about 17% in the type of food service offered in Greek hotels, where 21% of the hotel size has rooms above 50 and 79% of which has up to 50 rooms. On the other hand, the restaurant à la carte has a share of around 12%.

All inclusive rate by facilities

In terms of the use of the All Inclusive system according to the facility classes, 5-star hotels take the first place with 29%. It is followed by 4-star hotels with 17% and 3-star hotels with 4%. There is no HD system in 1 and 2 star facilities.
