Inflation (CPI) in Turkey was 84.39% in November 2022. Food and beverage costs in hotels increased by 128% year-on-year this month.
Hotel F&B Costs Increased by 128% in November
According to the data announced by TURKSTAT, in November 2022, CPI was 2.88% compared to the previous month, 84.39% compared to the same month of the previous year and 70.36% according to the twelve-month averages. Food and beverage costs in hotels increased by 126% this month.
According to the estimation made by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, based on TUIK data, F&B and Energy costs increased by 133% on average in November, while costs including personnel increased by 130%.
