According to the data compiled by the Tourism Databank, the tourism statistics center, In January 2023, incentived hotel investments budgets reached to 4.1 billion TL in 43 facilities. A budget of 2.4 billion TL will be spent on 23 new hotel projects and 1.7 billion TL in 20 renovation projects.
In the period when a total of 13519 beds are within the scope of the incentive, 451 new hotel beds will be built and 8968 hotel beds will be renewed.

Turizm istatistik merkezi Turizm Databank’ın derlediği verilere göre, 2023 yılının ocak ayında yatırım teşvikleriyle, 43 tesiste yaklaşık 4,1 milyar TL yatırım harcaması yapılacak. 23 adet yeni otel projesinde 2,4 milyar TL ve 20 adet yenileme projesinde de 1,7 milyar TL bütçe harcanacak. Toplam 13519 yatağın teşvik kapsamına girdiği dönemde, 451 yeni otel yatağı yapılacak ve 8968 otel yatağı yenilenecek.
