Turizm istatistik merkezi Turizm Databank’ın TÜİK’den aldığı verilere göre, Rusya-Ukrayna savaşı sürerken, bu vatandaşların Türkiye’de konut alımları artıyor: 2022 yılının 7 aylık döneminde Rus ve Ukrayna vatandaşları 8 binden fazla konut aldı. Ruslar 6,87 bin konut alımı ile ilk sırada ve Ukraynalılar da 1,41 bin ile altıncı sırada. Yani savaş, konut alımlarını durdurmadı. Diğer yandan, konut alımlarında Rusya’yı İran ve Irak izlerken Kazakistan ve Almanya da ilk sıralarda bulunuyor.
